Do You Have A Project Related To Bricks And Blocks Stacking?
Equipment for stacking and packaging of molded items
When organizing the manufacturing of blocks, paving slabs, refractory products, and briquettes, it’s very important to use units and mechanisms that allow reducing the use of hand labor and problems associated with it.
In order to solve the problems of removal of the ready-made products after molding, their transfer from the technological pallet to the transport pallet and materials-handling equipment, we use TITAN ZORG manipulators designed by us as well as robotic arms made by the third-party manufacturers, which we integrate into our control systems.
.
TITAN ZORG gantry stackers
Our company manufactures TITAN ZORG gantry stackers in different modifications.
Gantry stackers move according to X, Y, and Z-axis. We use a storage conveyor with accurate positioning to work with presses that have a shorter cycle than the stacker.
According to the required movement dynamics and loads, we use either servo actuators or powerful stepper motors as drives for the gantry stackers.
Our gantry stackers are controlled by reliable Siemens industrial controllers, thus, they can be easily integrated into the general control system of the molding area.
In order for our products to be removed carefully, we have developed a large variety of pneumatic and vacuum grippers. Our gantry manipulators will allow one to carefully and precisely position the ready-made product on the pallet, ensuring the safety of bevels and edges in the manufacturing of facing materials.
Automatic brick stacking robots based on industrial robotic arms
We use automotive brick stacking robots based on industrial robotic arms for stacking molded items as well. 4-axis robotic arms are enough in order to solve most of the tasks. Such robots can move heavy items over long distances.
In order to solve more complex tasks, we use 6-axis robotic arms, which allow us to achieve considerable flexibility when moving molded ready-made items.
TITAN automatic brick stacking robots based on industrial robots allow solving the tasks of removing ready-made products and transfering them most effectively. The speed of our stackers is straightly connected with their sizes and the weight of the payload that they carry.
We integrate all robotic arms into the general control system of the molding area.

Palletization.
Displacement of products from a technological pallet to a transport one.
Usually, in the production process, the most reasonable option is the primary stacking of ready-made products on a metal technological pallet or trolley for transportation to the hardening (maturation) stage. After this stage, the products have to be displaced from the technological pallet to the transport one. In order to save money and energy, one can use cubers of different designs.
Materials-handling equipment systems.
Our company develops materials-handling equipment systems for silicate, firebricks, and facing bricks manufacturing according to the hyper-pressing technology. Materials-handling equipment systems provide transportation of ready-made products on special trolleys, wagons, etc.
Feeding of workpieces for processing.
During the manufacturing process, bricks, blocks, and tiles undergo decorative processing. It gives them a beautiful finished look. In order to increase the productivity of splitters, tumbling machines, polishing machines, etc., one will need automation, which is provided by different TITAN manipulators.
