We produce worm conveyors (conveyor screws) of various delivery length.
Worm is a rod with continuous helical surface along the longitudinal axis. Worm (or worm conveyor, screw conveyor) is an executive device of mechanism intended for transportation of load by travel along the rotating helical surface inside of a tube.
Worm is a device for transportation of loose, small-sized, pulverized, powder-like materials.
Our company produces weighers that allow to weigh cement, lime and other bonding materials with high accuracy.

Pigment and Dry Additives Batchers
We offer to your attention a number of solutions for batching of pigments and other additives.
Installation of automated pigment batching systems is not unreasonable in cases of large consumption of pigments (when constructing highly productive batching stations) or by continuous feeding of pigment in continuous action systems.
We ensure the automated batching of pigments either with small diameter worm batchers or by the organization of systems based on spray batchers where the pigment is batched as a suspension in water. Each system has its own advantages and drawbacks.
Batching of Water
The problem of batching of water is one of most important and difficult problems in the production of high-quality concretes and mixtures on the base of other bonding materials.
This problem can be solved after the content of water is measured either in the mixture as a whole or in the components (inert materials) of the mixture. The content of water is measured with microwave hydrometers (microwave humidity sensors) our own design.
After the humidity of the mixture is determined, it becomes possible to moisten it in addition up to the required parameters. The amount of water to be added into the mixture is measured either with flow meters (ultrasound or flow mechanical) or with volume or weight water batchers.
The problem of uniform water dispersion is solved with installation of special sprayers.
Raw Material Batching Process Automation
We produce equipment for weight and volume batching of raw material for its preparation for mixing.
Our inert and bonding (cement or lime) material, pigment and water batching complexes are controlled by Siemens and Schneider industrial controllers.
The flexibility of control allows to organize precise batching both of small material quantities and of complex mixtures that contain 5 or more components. Our systems of batching control allow to organize automated process of batching and to coordinate it with mixing and moulding processes.
