TITAN 900S high-pressure sand-lime brick and block making machine based on a high-capacity single-action hydraulic press with servo-drive for material cart, air-independent hydraulic system, and fully-automatic control system.
Sand-lime brick press is intended for the production of building materials using hydrated lime as the main binding agent with the further bricks’ and blocks’ hardening in autoclaves. In a possible variant of the embodiment, the press can be used with different raw materials for producing paving tiles and bricks.

Titan 900S sand-lime brick machine is specifically designed for the mass-production of the sand-lime bricks and blocks. Its material cart has upper puncheon and pneumatic grippers built in. It provides the following functions:

  1. Raw materials feeding;
  2. Mold closing and force transfer during pressing;
  3. Green brick clamping after unmolding;
  4. Green brick transporting onto the folding table.

TITAN 900S sand-lime brick presses have very compact design and they can be installed in workshops with a relatively small height and there no need in a deep pit.

The basis of the sand-lime brick machine accuracy is in using the traditional four-pillar design with very high stiffness of the main frame. In addition, we use pillars for guiding purposes. Proportional control system gives us ability to achieve the high degree of accuracy not only for all linear movements, but also during pressing process.

Computer-controlled lower puncheon displacement optimizes the compaction process of the mixture, which ensures uniform compaction of the brick over its entire height. Advanced linear position and pressure sensors provide constant feedback in regard to the parameters affecting product’s quality. For example, the height of the brick and the corresponding force required for compaction of the raw materials is constantly monitored, evaluated, and, if necessary, the corresponding adjustment is automatically made.

Our TITAN 900S sand-lime brick machines are equipped with the robotic arm and pneumatic grippers by default that gives our machines ability to stack bricks and blocks onto curing wagons in a very accurate manner.  Robotic arms have proprietary control systems with the user-friendly interfaces and they can be easily reprogrammed. Main presses are equipped with a special folding table to synchronize recycling time of the robotic arm and the pressing machine.  To optimize the cycle time the green blocks of two press strokes are taken off by the robot in one working cycle and stacked onto the curing wagon.

By special request it is possible to order TITAN 900S presses with a conventional conveyor and a gantry robot. The press produces the blocks in two rows. Then the blocks are taken off by the stacking device in four rows (output of two press strokes).

In the design of the main pressing machine we use quick-exchange cassette molds accompanied with a special molds’ quick-change unit which drastically decrease servicing time.
