Bricks were supposed to be used for permanent form. As raw materials there were limestone screenings with a little content of SiO2. After we have conducted the initial project analysis, we came to the conclusion that it was necessary to develop several mould forms for different construction units – lintel blocks, corners, etc. We created a 3D model of the wall with bricklaying of the main brick and different additional elements, which were created for usability of such a brick as a part of a complex system. After coordination with the customer, we did a batch of drawings, in which we took into consideration the peculiarities arising during the moulding of such products with a great contact area with the mould form.[/bsf-info-box]

In province it was prohibited to use the common blocks in order to rebuild the destroyed buildings. We have developed a mould form for a complex shape block with a high hollowness degree and a reliable horizontal interlock of “lego” type.

After coordinating the drawings with the customer, we created a mould form for a large bi – directional press with a power of 900 ton-force. During the design stage we had to solve many unusual tasks, particularly related to the guarantee need of uniform filling in the mould form. The mould form was created and delivered to the client. During this mould form service life, it has proved itself in a positive way.[/bsf-info-box]
