Conveyor screws

The screw is a rod with a solid helical surface along the longitudinal axis. The screw (conveyor worm or conveyor screw) is a working component of a mechanism designed to transport cargo by moving along a rotating screw surface inside the pipe.

Pigment and dry additives batch meters

We are glad to introduce you solutions for batching pigments and other additives.

The installation of automatic pigment batch systems is reasonable if you have a high consumption (when arranging high-performance batch stations) or with continuous pigment supply in continuous systems.

We implement automatic batching of pigment either using small-diameter screw batch meters or by arranging systems based on syringe batch meters in which the pigment is dosed as a suspension in water. Each of the systems has its own advantages and disadvantages.

Water batching

The problem of water batching is one of the most important and difficult to solve in the production of high-quality concrete and mixtures based on other binders.

The decision about the needed amount of water is made after measuring water content either in the mixture itself or in its components (inert materials). The water content is measured with microwave moisture meters (microwave moisture sensors) designed by us.

After the moisture content of the mixture is determined, one can additionally moisten the mixture to the required parameters. The amount of water that has to be added to the mixture is measured either using flow meters (ultrasonic or mechanical flow meters) or using volumetric or weight water batchers.

Installation of special sprayers solves the problem of even water spraying.

Our batching control systems allow you to automatically organize both the batching process and time it with the processes of mixing and molding products.
