Facing Bricks

Face brick is generally denser, more free of impurities, and it has a more weatherproof (impervious) building facade. In addition, the tolerances for face brick are more exacting to allow the mortar joints to be very uniform. Face brick also tends to have more exacting aesthetic properties with a variety of appearances from additives, firing times, glazes, etc.

For facing brick production we use several kinds of special surface treatment and mechanical processing. We use different splitters, tumblers, washers, and other machines.

Facing Tiles

Depending on the period tiling exterior walls used to be quite common in some places, actually. Aesthetically exterior tilework is purely a matter of contemporary taste. Normal or Common brick comparing with facing brick generally is much more irregularly sized and was typically only be used for the interior walls of wall construction and concealed work. In recent decades in urban areas, it became trendy to expose old common brick walls. The main requirement for this brick is low cost and high compression strength. Normal brick is used for self-bearing walls or for filling spaces in monolithic-skeleton (reinforced concrete) buildings. Normal brick made with our high-pressure brick making machines has much higher geometric accuracy and strength compared with other technologies.

Large-sized partition panels are gaining popularity at the moment. We produce powerful double-action pressing machines with an impressive compression force and feeding height for the production of partition panels for internal walls.
