D-SeriesTITAN 1600DCustom 1,600 tf giant press for GIGA blocks up to 750 mm high.
W-SeriesTITAN 320WVVibro-vacuum terrazzo tile press for tiles up to 600 × 600 mm.
MixersTITAN HYPERMIXIntensive mixers from laboratory size to 12,000-litre production units.
MobileMOBIPRESSContainerised brick and block plant with its own power, crushing and workshop. Everything for a complete production line
A press is only as good as the mix it receives and the handling that follows. TITAN supplies every machine of the line from one hand — sized to work together, installed and commissioned by one team.

Briquetting of wasteMining and metallurgical fines into dense briquettes.
Industrial waste as raw materialScreenings, slag and rubble become building materials.
Compressed earth blocksLow-carbon blocks pressed from local soil. Specialists in hydraulic pressing
Hydraulic pressing is all we do. TITAN engineers design presses from 40 to more than 10,000 tf, calculate frames and cylinders, build the hydraulics with Siemens, Bosch Rexroth and Hengli components and program the controls themselves. Through long cooperation with forging and casting plants we machine the very large parts our GIGA presses need.

Understand the technology
Hyperpress: High-Pressure Brick & Block MachineA hyperpress forms bricks and blocks from semi-dry mixes at 24.5 MPa or more. Learn the physics, press construction, operating cycle, sizing and defects.
Hermetic Press for Wet ConcreteA hermetic press compacts wet concrete in a closed mould and squeezes surplus water out through a filter. Physics, machine design, cycle, mixes and sizing.
Intensive MixerAn intensive mixer combines a rotating pan with an eccentric high-speed rotor. How it works, its parts, the batch cycle, granulation and how to size one.
Refractory Press (Refractory Brick Press)A refractory press compacts refractory mixes into dense bricks and shapes. Pressing physics, floating-mould presses, de-airing, sizing, materials and defects. Latest from TITAN

What does TITAN Machinery make?
TITAN Machinery designs and builds hydraulic presses and complete production lines for bricks, blocks, tiles, kerbstones, refractories, sand-lime products and briquettes — together with mixers, dosing, moulds, stackers, surface-refinement machines, curing systems and hydraulic components.
Which press is right for my product?
It depends on the material and the product: D-Series double-action presses for cement-bound bricks and blocks, S-Series for sand-lime bricks, W-Series press-filters for wet-pressed tiles and kerbs, and F-Series floating-table presses for refractories and dense technical products. TITAN engineers test your raw material and size the press to your output.
Can I make bricks from waste or quarry screenings?
Yes. Hyperpressing turns limestone and granite screenings, crushed concrete, slag and many other mineral residues into strong bricks and blocks with a modest amount of cement and no firing.
Does TITAN repair presses from other manufacturers?
Yes. TITAN repairs, retrofits and modernises hydraulic presses of other makes — hydraulics, PLC controls, safety systems and moulds.
Where is TITAN based?
TITAN's head office and production are in Xiamen, China, with a European office in Poland. We deliver, install and service equipment worldwide.
